Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center environment
- 1+ year of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work various shifts
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM while maintaining accuracy
