Healthcare Billing EDI Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing EDI Analyst III to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the billing EDI vendor liaison, conducting testing and recommending improvements for successful data transmission
• Lead new vendor development certification, preparing documentation and participating in the certification process
• Conduct detailed data analysis on vendor issues, collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve claims and improve billing data quality

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 5 or more years of healthcare billing experience
• 2 years or more of experience with HL7 files (preferred)
• Experience in EDI healthcare billing (preferred)
• Previous mentorship or training experience (preferred)
