Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Billing Manager to lead and operationalize their revenue cycle across a multi-state behavioral health organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full billing lifecycle, including eligibility verification, claim submission, and payment posting
• Lead a team of billing specialists, ensuring productivity standards and quality audits are met
• Monitor and improve billing compliance, denials management, and revenue cycle operations

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is mandatory
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience with direct reports
• Proficiency in MS Excel reporting is mandatory
• Experience in denial management and accounts receivable recovery
• Behavioral health billing and Medicaid experience is preferred
