Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise billing and collection procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Resolve escalated billing and customer service issues while monitoring quality assurance results
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to improve billing processes and customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
• 3 to 5 years of previous supervisory leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of Healthcare Accounts Receivable management
• Familiarity with multiple payor types, including Worker's Compensation
