Job Summary
To drive sales and expand offerings in the Healthcare BPO sector, the remote Sales Leader - Healthcare BPO/BPAAS will define go-to-market strategies, build strong client relationships, and manage revenue generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and improve go-to-market plans, offerings, and value propositions
- Drive sales, pipeline, and revenue generation
- Create strong relationships and collaboration with Delivery Leaders and the broader Healthcare sector to ensure consistent value and growth
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leading BPS, consulting, or relevant healthcare organization, particularly with payers and RCM services
- Proven track record of business growth through strong client relationships and healthcare industry knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales and account management teams
- Significant international experience with global service delivery models
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to client solutions
