Job Summary

To drive sales and expand offerings in the Healthcare BPO sector, the remote Sales Leader - Healthcare BPO/BPAAS will define go-to-market strategies, build strong client relationships, and manage revenue generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and improve go-to-market plans, offerings, and value propositions
  • Drive sales, pipeline, and revenue generation
  • Create strong relationships and collaboration with Delivery Leaders and the broader Healthcare sector to ensure consistent value and growth
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a leading BPS, consulting, or relevant healthcare organization, particularly with payers and RCM services
  • Proven track record of business growth through strong client relationships and healthcare industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales and account management teams
  • Significant international experience with global service delivery models
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to client solutions
