Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Healthcare Business Administrator will analyze inquiries related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), conduct thorough research on complex policy requirements, and craft written responses in plain language.
Key responsibilities
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding the ACA, ensuring accurate and clear communication
- Document case details and monitor inquiry trends to propose improvements in response processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update inquiry response documentation in line with regulatory changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant research, analytical, or customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience handling inquiries related to health care and the ACA
- Advanced experience in researching complex policy and programmatic requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
