Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to Medicaid, Medicare, and payer/provider operations
• Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and collaborate with data teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and validate data flows

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or consulting
• Deep understanding of Medicaid and Medicare program operations and healthcare data systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is an asset
