Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal teams regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and payer/provider operations
• Map current workflows and define future-state solutions for process optimization
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or related fields
• Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare operations and healthcare data systems
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and data integration projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
