Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal teams related to Medicaid, Medicare, and payer/provider operations
• Map and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop documentation, support testing, and facilitate change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or related fields
• Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare program operations and healthcare data systems
• Experience with EHR/EMR, claims processing, and data integration projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
