Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to gather and validate business needs across Medicaid, Medicare, and payer/provider operations
• Analyze current workflows and define future-state solutions for process optimization
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders for successful project execution

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or consulting
• Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare operations, payer workflows, and healthcare data systems
• Experience with EHR/EMR, claims processing, and data integration projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
