Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business needs across Medicaid, Medicare, and payer/provider operations
• Analyze current-state workflows and define future-state solutions for process optimization
• Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations while facilitating collaboration among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or consulting
• Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare program operations and healthcare data systems
• Experience with EHR/EMR, claims processing, and data integration projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
