Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical operations by building and maintaining workflows for patient and therapist onboarding
• Track and report on key operational metrics such as retention, NPS, clinical outcomes, and billing performance
• Contribute to care coordination and product feedback loops by translating frontline data into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in analytical or operational roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL or other analytical tools is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools for enhanced productivity
