Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst specializing in FHIR / HL7 Interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ELT processes, ensuring data quality and timely delivery from diverse source systems
• Perform detailed mapping of source data to FHIR R4 resources and validate FHIR transactions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data specifications and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data engineering and healthcare data systems
• Strong knowledge of ELT processes, SQL, JSON, APIs, and data validation techniques
• Hands-on understanding of FHIR R4, HL7, and healthcare data
• Experience with data mapping and transformation logic
