Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Coding and Comprehensive Health Assessment Programs (CHAPs) departments, the fully remote Healthcare Business Analyst will manipulate large-scale healthcare data sets, conduct data analysis, and drive operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete routine and complex data analysis projects, identifying trends and anomalies within healthcare datasets
• Conduct end-to-end business process assessments and formulate data-driven strategies to eliminate process bottlenecks
• Prepare and maintain key performance measures and operational reports while managing ad hoc project requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience within the healthcare field
• Strong operational familiarity with Medicare Advantage and Managed Care models
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Expert proficiency in SQL or MS Access for data querying and extraction
