Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Healthcare Business Analyst will define system scope and objectives, act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and document requirements to enhance healthcare solutions for vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical support, documenting and analyzing client requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships to support management of project scope and expectations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry, with Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL and requirement-mapping tools
• Experience with SDLC Change Order and requirements facilitation
• Strong client communication skills and ability to translate client needs into actionable objectives
• Hands-on experience developing and reviewing test cases
