Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Healthcare Business Analyst will collaborate with clients and team members to research, validate, and document business needs, ensuring effective communication of client requests and managing expectations while supporting healthcare technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare items for client meetings and update Operating Procedure Manuals as needed
• Assist clients with change requests, publications, and claim adjustments/reprocessing
• Document updates for reference changes and work with the systems team on assigned system modifications

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with healthcare claims experience
• Certification as a coder is preferred
• Proficiency in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience creating and maintaining manual documentation and supporting provider notifications
