Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Healthcare Business Analyst will formulate system scope, act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and document requirements to enhance client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements
• Act as a liaison to elicit, document, analyze, and validate client requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships to support management of project scope and expectations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry, with Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts and analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience with SDLC Change Order and requirements facilitation
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for client and technical interactions
• Hands-on experience developing and reviewing test cases
