Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Healthcare Business Analyst will collaborate with clients and internal teams to document business needs, manage change requests, and ensure accurate coding updates for healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare materials for client meetings and update Operating Procedure Manuals as needed
• Work with clients on change requests, publications, and claim adjustments/reprocessing
• Research and specify solutions to business problems, ensuring timely updates to coding systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with healthcare claims experience
• Certification as a coder is preferred
• Proficiency in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in creating and maintaining manual documentation and supporting provider notifications
