Healthcare Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Healthcare Business Analyst will manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes, create implementation strategies for healthcare policies, and collaborate with operational and development teams to enhance health services outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in daily standup meetings to discuss medical policy and internal modules
- Create and update implementation strategies and design checklists for assigned healthcare policies
- Coordinate and lead brainstorming sessions for policy research and design
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Working knowledge of software development concepts, including configuration and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis tools
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
- Strong understanding of UAT processes and quality assurance
