Healthcare Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Business Development Director to drive commercial expansion in the healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the healthcare vertical growth strategy by identifying target segments and revenue opportunities
• Build and expand executive relationships within strategic healthcare accounts to align solutions with customer priorities
• Own complex opportunity strategy from pipeline creation through close, including account planning and negotiation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic account sales or business development in healthcare technology or related fields
• Proven success in generating pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
• Experience selling into or building solutions for healthcare organizations, including providers and payers
• Strong understanding of solution-based selling and healthcare-relevant technologies such as UCaaS and CCaaS
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
