Job Summary
Providing enterprise-grade customer support, the full-time Healthcare Business Support Associate will assist riders and drivers involved in healthcare rides, ensuring personalized service and resolution through various communication channels in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for partners regarding healthcare rides or enterprise accounts
- Create exceptional, personalized service experiences for Lyft Business customers
- Meet and exceed efficiency and customer satisfaction KPIs while providing timely support via phone, chat, and email
Required qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role via written, chat, or phone channels
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Impeccable communication skills, conveying empathy and complex instructions effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on active listening and thoughtful questioning
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
