Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Healthcare Business Systems Analyst will formulate and define systems scope and objectives, perform business analysis and workflow optimization, and troubleshoot existing systems, with a focus on healthcare industry requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize research and analysis to define systems scopes and objectives for developing or improving information systems
• Perform business analysis and collaborate with users to document their needs and requirements
• Remain current with industry trends and changes to understand their implications for existing technology

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school education
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience in formulating and defining systems scopes and objectives
• Background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems preferred
• Familiarity with the systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
