Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bylaws & Peer Review Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise healthcare organizations on the development, revision, and implementation of medical staff bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies
• Assess and optimize peer review processes, including case review workflows and committee structures
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements and support the design of physician performance evaluation systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in medical staff services, peer review, healthcare consulting, or hospital administration
• Strong knowledge of medical staff bylaws, credentialing, and peer review frameworks
• Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards
• Experience working with physician leadership and hospital executives
