Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their healthcare coverage
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems
  • Provide basic overviews of benefits and status updates on submitted claims
Qualifications:
  • Ability to successfully complete a 5-week virtual training class
  • High speed internet and ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Must have open availability and work weekends
