  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate information and empathetic support to members
  • Assist with Tier 1 inquiries and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 when necessary
  • Document all interactions accurately and maintain adherence to schedule standards
Qualifications and Skills for the Healthcare Call Center Representative:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred; healthcare or medical claims experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working on the phone and computer for the entire shift
  • Empathetic and positive attitude with active listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and maintain patience under pressure
