Job Summary

To support patient care, the full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and guide patients through the healthcare process in a hybrid work environment after completing on-site training.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries and providing information
  • Schedule appointments and assist patients in navigating the healthcare process
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient and family experiences
Required qualifications
  • One year of customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in Arabic/English or Spanish/English preferred
