Job Summary

Supporting a crucial healthcare refund initiative, the temporary full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will assist patients with account inquiries and refund statuses through inbound calls, working remotely and adhering to structured workflows and scripts.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support through inbound call handling and assist callers in understanding refund initiatives
  • Verify caller and patient identity in accordance with client-approved procedures before discussing account information
  • Accurately document all call interactions in client-designated systems following training and documentation standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or revenue cycle environment
  • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently in a high-volume call center environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills to clearly explain billing and refund-related information
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
