Job Summary
To support a busy call center, the full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will make outbound calls to healthcare members, provide information about appointments and services, and ensure HIPAA compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to inform members about appointments and available programs
- Verify member information for HIPAA compliance and document calls following scripts
- Participate fully in a week-long training program with no absences or late arrivals
Required qualifications
- Ability to work set schedules from Monday to Friday
- Access to a personal computer with Windows 11 and specific technical requirements
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise
- Wired USB headset for call handling
- Commitment to no time off during the first 30 days post-training
