Job Summary

To support a busy call center, the full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will make outbound calls to healthcare members, provide information about appointments and services, and ensure HIPAA compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to inform members about appointments and available programs
  • Verify member information for HIPAA compliance and document calls following scripts
  • Participate fully in a week-long training program with no absences or late arrivals
Required qualifications
  • Ability to work set schedules from Monday to Friday
  • Access to a personal computer with Windows 11 and specific technical requirements
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise
  • Wired USB headset for call handling
  • Commitment to no time off during the first 30 days post-training
