To support a busy call center, the full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will make outbound calls to healthcare members, providing information about appointments and available programs while ensuring HIPAA compliance, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to inform healthcare members about appointments and services
- Verify member information for HIPAA compliance and document calls accurately
- Follow provided scripts during calls without offering medical advice or treatment discussions
Required qualifications
- Ability to commit to set schedules and training requirements
- Access to a personal computer with Windows 11 and specific technical specifications
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise
- Wired USB headset for clear communication
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
