Job Summary
To support a busy call center, the full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will make outbound calls to healthcare members, providing information about appointments and available programs while ensuring HIPAA compliance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to inform healthcare members about appointments and services
- Verify member information for HIPAA compliance and document calls following scripts
- Participate fully in a one-week training program with no absences or late arrivals
Required qualifications
- Ability to work set schedules, Monday to Friday, during specified hours
- Must have a personal computer with Windows 11 and meet specified technical requirements
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise
- Wired USB headset for call quality
- Commitment to no time off during the first 30 days after training
