Job Summary

To support members through efficient and compassionate service, the Healthcare Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls regarding benefits and account needs, transitioning to a remote work environment after initial onsite training in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a steady volume of inbound calls, assisting members with benefit inquiries and account needs
  • Resolve concerns by gathering information and documenting interactions to provide accurate solutions
  • Identify complex situations and coordinate escalations while maintaining adherence to schedules and productivity expectations
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting, preferably with healthcare or medical claims exposure
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems during calls
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA compliant home environment with reliable internet access
  • Coachable and comfortable in a fast-paced phone-based role, with openness to feedback
  • Effective communication skills combined with patience and a service-oriented mindset
