Job Summary
Handling inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups, the part-time hourly Healthcare Call Center Representative will provide exceptional customer support regarding medical inquiries, verify insurance and billing information, and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to medical inquiries
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Knowledge of medical benefits, Prior Authorization, and EOBs preferred
- Ability to meet performance metrics (KPIs)
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
- High-speed wired internet connection (hotspots not accepted)
