Job Summary
Overseeing daily operations in a fully remote capacity, the Supervisor Healthcare Call Center will ensure quality customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with service level agreements while supporting and developing a healthcare-focused customer service team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise healthcare call center operations to maintain service excellence and operational compliance
- Assist representatives in resolving complex inquiries and escalate issues to leadership as needed
- Train and mentor team members, supporting performance management and employee development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Preferred experience in healthcare settings such as medical offices, pharmacy, or healthcare call centers
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and basic computer applications
- Strong coaching and analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
