Job Summary
Overseeing daily operations of a healthcare-focused customer service team, the full-time remote Supervisor Healthcare Call Center will ensure service excellence, compliance with service level agreements, and team development while fostering a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily healthcare call center operations to maintain quality customer service and operational efficiency
- Support representatives in resolving complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to leadership as necessary
- Train, mentor, and coach team members while managing performance and supporting employee development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Preferred healthcare experience in medical office, pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare call center operations
- Experience with customer service platforms, help desk software, and basic computer applications
- Strong coaching, analytical problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
