Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Cash Poster - Facility Support (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cash posting functions for facility claims, including posting payments and reconciling journals and remits
Ensure timely completion of all assigned postings and reconcile all batches daily after posting
Respond to email queries from clients and management in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with a focus on cash posting
High School Diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Excel, payer portals, and claims clearinghouses
Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI guidelines
Ability to meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards
