Job Summary

Supporting enterprise healthcare claims processing initiatives, the full-time remote Healthcare Claims Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze business processes, document system functionality, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for healthcare claims processing enhancements
• Facilitate discussions with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
• Support testing efforts and validate that delivered functionality meets documented business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience supporting healthcare or insurance claims processing systems
• Strong understanding of claims processing and payment workflows
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements
• Comfortable facilitating discussions in a fully remote environment
