Job Summary

Managing several complex initiatives simultaneously, the full-time temporary Healthcare Claims Product Owner will coordinate interactions across technical and business teams, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and provide project status updates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Gather and document business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and next steps to leadership

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in project management, capability management, business analysis, or product management
• 2+ years of experience facilitating workgroups
• Understanding of healthcare claims processes
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
