Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily claims operations and ensure achievement of KPIs and client deliverables
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct performance reviews for team accountability
• Serve as a key operational contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and maintaining client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare claims leadership experience
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing production teams
• Strong experience managing healthcare payer operations and claims workflows
• Experience with client relationship management and operational KPIs
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard experience required
