Healthcare Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Healthcare Claims Supervisor is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing operational performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership in healthcare claims management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily claims operations and ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and client deliverables are met
• Maintain ownership of account-level KPIs and conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Serve as a key operational contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and maintaining strong relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare claims leadership experience
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing production teams
• Strong experience managing healthcare payer operations and claims workflows
• Experience with client-facing operations and managing client relationships
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard experience required
