Job Summary

To ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction, the full-time Healthcare Claims Supervisor will manage daily claims operations, oversee team performance, and drive KPI achievement while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily claims operations and ensure achievement of client KPIs and SLAs
• Analyze performance metrics and trends, holding team members accountable for outcomes
• Serve as the primary operational contact for client accounts, managing relationships and escalations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare claims leadership experience
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing production teams
• Strong reporting and data analysis experience
• Experience with client-facing operations and relationship management
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard experience
