Job Summary

Leading a team in healthcare claims and financial operations, the full-time remote Healthcare Claims Supervisor will manage daily activities related to medical billing, claims adjudication, and accounts receivable while utilizing analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the healthcare team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of claims and billing tasks
• Establish work priorities, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and development to team members
• Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel and SQL to identify discrepancies and prepare reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience, including at least two years in a leadership role
• Experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or healthcare analytics
• Strong personnel management skills with a focus on motivating and coaching employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience running basic SQL queries to support operational reporting
