Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Claims Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client implementation, including operational workflows and staffing models
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness and successful go-live
Support process documentation and validate claims processing workflows for efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in processing medical claims, preferably on the payer side
At least 2 years in a leadership role within claims or healthcare operations
Experience with client implementations and transitions
Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal claims and CMS guidelines
Prior experience in quality assurance and training within a claims environment
