Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Claims Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementation, ensuring operational readiness and successful go-live
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare systems and workflows for client onboarding
• Support the development of process documentation and ensure scalable, efficient processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience processing medical claims, with payer-side experience preferred
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within claims or healthcare operations
• Proven experience in implementations and new client launches
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal claims and related regulatory requirements
• Prior experience in quality assurance and training within a claims or healthcare operations environment
