Healthcare Claims Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the launch of new client engagements, the full-time remote Healthcare Claims Team Lead will manage end-to-end client implementation, ensuring operational readiness and cross-functional alignment while actively participating in process design and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementation, translating requirements into operational workflows and developing detailed plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness and successful go-live
• Support the development of process documentation and validate claims processing workflows for efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience processing medical claims, with payer-side experience preferred
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within claims or healthcare operations
• Proven experience in client implementations or transitions
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal claims and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience in quality assurance and training, with the ability to identify trends
