Job Summary

Leading consulting services for high-profile corporate real estate clients, the full-time Healthcare Client Consulting Director will develop real estate strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee team operations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver real estate strategies for large clients while aligning with senior management's business vision
• Conduct strategic portfolio planning and monitor organizational performance, providing solutions for space rationalization
• Supervise and mentor team members, managing daily activities and ensuring effective training and development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve targets impacting multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
