Healthcare Client Delivery Executive

Job Summary

Serving as a senior relationship leader, the full-time remote Healthcare Client Delivery Executive will build and expand strategic partnerships with key healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and SS&C Health's capabilities while managing client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for assigned strategic healthcare clients, fostering trusted relationships with senior executives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive client strategies and account plans that identify growth opportunities and risks
• Proactively manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring delivery against contractual commitments and strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, with a focus on managing complex, enterprise-level client relationships
• Strong understanding of the health payer and pharmacy ecosystem, including health plans and pharmacy operations
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite and senior healthcare executives
• Experience managing large accounts involving multiple stakeholders and internal delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience preferred
