Job Summary
Proactively managing designated accounts, the full-time Enterprise Client Executive will serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients in the healthcare sector, focusing on retention, growth opportunities, and lead generation while working in a flexible environment that allows for both onsite and remote work.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for major clients, addressing retention and expansion opportunities
- Analyze customer objectives to tailor sales approaches and product suggestions
- Support marketing programs and attend industry events to foster client relationships
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of Account Management experience in the healthcare market
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS or consultative sales within the last 3 years
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate new relationships and drive client success
- Experience navigating internal departments to achieve results for clients and the company
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field
