Healthcare Client Relationship Director

Job Summary

Leading strategic client partnerships, the fully remote Healthcare Client Relationship Director will drive client satisfaction, retention, and operational alignment while managing healthcare client accounts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner for assigned healthcare client accounts and develop executive-level relationships
• Partner with internal operational leadership to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and monitor performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for account growth and drive client retention through strong relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or healthcare services with client-facing leadership
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle continuum, including billing, coding, and claims management
• Proven experience managing complex healthcare client relationships
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
