Healthcare Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationships Manager to support and strengthen partnerships with healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure effective service delivery and address operational challenges
• Monitor service performance metrics, prepare client reports, and identify opportunities for service quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare services
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle market, including billing, coding, and claims management
• Experience working directly with healthcare clients or provider organizations
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
