Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Client Service Representative will deliver exceptional support to members and providers by managing billing inquiries, enrollment verification, and general information requests while handling a high volume of inbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with healthcare member and provider inquiries in a call center environment
- Maintain awareness of performance impacts on members while managing grievances and appeals
- Utilize multiple computer screens to efficiently handle inquiries and data entry simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 6 months of healthcare experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- Data entry experience
- Must have a private workstation and reliable internet connection
