Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Client Service Representative will deliver exceptional support to members and providers by managing billing inquiries, enrollment verification, and general information requests while handling a high volume of inbound calls.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with healthcare member and provider inquiries in a call center environment
  • Maintain awareness of performance impacts on members while managing grievances and appeals
  • Utilize multiple computer screens to efficiently handle inquiries and data entry simultaneously
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months of healthcare experience
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Must have a private workstation and reliable internet connection
